Our little wedding world is chock full of talented and creative individuals that we feel so lucky to spend time detailing your perfect day. One of the largest perks of hiring a wedding planner is help in selecting other vendors, but today we will give you some questions to ask your wedding professionals to determine whether it is a good match or not! -What is the rain plan?
-Is your venue easily found on GPS?
-Will a staff member be on site during the event?
-What is your style? Do your photographs appear contemporary, modern, traditional, or a mix?
-Do packages include all images with copyright release?
-How many pictures can I expect to be taken per hour?
-What are the additional charges for table and chair set up as well as linen rentals?
-Is gratuity included in proposed price?
-What if the policy on special meals: food sensitivities, kids?
-*If using a entertainment agency, ask if you will be able to meet the entertainment provider before the event or signing the contract
-Do you take requests from guests?
-What is the overtime charge?
-Do you have a minimum rental time?
-Do you include any extras such as champagne, wine, just married car decorations?
