Welcome back to the Enchanted Forest and the magical world of fairytale-inspired weddings! Last time, the story of Beauty and the Beast showed us that love is more than skin deep; this week, Cinderella demonstrates to us the importance of an unforgettable pair of shoes:
Who could ever leave these glamorous (and expensive!) heels behind? | Style Me Pretty
Your shoes are a perfect way to incorporate something blue into your wedding (hint: look out for other ways to introduce this lovely color throughout this post!) | Etsy
And when your shoes are this amazing, you just got to have a dress to match:
Looking for an utterly unique and unforgettable gown? Then look no further than this fantastical creation from Wedding Inspirasi!
And don’t forget the other details to create a grand Cinderella-inspired wedding:
Cinderella’s lost her glass slipper again! Can you find it inside this cake?

Nothing says “grand” better than a two-tier centerpiece…
…except maybe an aisle lined with towering floral arrangements!
Blue shoes? Check. Blue dress? Check. Blue lighting? Only for the bride who believes there’s no such thing as too much blue (I like the way you think!)
Midnight is hugely important in the story of Cinderella and you can incorporate this into your wedding using clocks set to twelve as part of your tablescape, reminding guests that magic happens when the clock strikes twelve…
What bride (ok woman!) doesn’t love her shoes? Shoes can make or break your outfit. When it comes to a wedding gown, well they have to be not only perfect but absolutely divine and it doesn’t hurt if they can compliment your flowers as well. To capture what it would be like to be a bride with amazing shoes and gorgeous flowers to compliment them perfectly we teamed up with Sassanova, Petals Edge Floral Design, and Danielle Cover Photography in Old Town, Alexandira to create the ultimate Tuesday Shoesday. This spread is currently featured in Virginia Bride Magazine.

The feathers in this bouquet make it so special.
Both the shoes and bouquets here are a reminder that you don’t have to white shoes or roses. Think outside the box when it comes to both and you can get amazing results!
Shoes…I’m talking about shoes! Maybe she’s taller than him (or her). Maybe she just likes to be comfortable. Maybe she just thinks flats are adorable (she’s right). Either way, I more and more brides are ditching the heels and opting for some cute, comfy flats and looking super cute in the process. There are so many pretty, sweet flats out there these days, why not?

It is winter. It is cold, brides want to be warm, they want to be comfortable, they want to dance, and they still want to be cute too of course. Hence some boots. I’m seeing brides in cowboy boots, rain boots, winter boots, uggs, you name it, they are wearing it and they are rocking them too. Who said you had to wear white satin shoes with a sensible heel? Nobody! So wear your boots and dance the night away in the snow if that is what you want to do!

– I LOVE tights. Tights might be my favorite thing. Ok well, probably not but I do love tights. A note on tights. You are never too old for tights! You are always too young for panty hose. Throw away your panty hose, get some cute tights. I’ll get off my soap box now.
I love me some cowboy boots, but I especially love bridesmaids in cowboy boots! They are so cute and casual and not to mention comfortable. Plus it adds so much personality to your maids and your entire day. So cowgirl up!

On my intern’s first day she said to me “you like bows”. Well, I suppose I had never given it much thought, but yes, yes I do like bows. When you hear bows, you may think of something childish and not polished or classy, but I totally disagree. Bows are for everyone and everything. Stick a bow tie on your man, throw one in your hair, on your dress, your cake or your invitations. Bows are fun and can add a flash of drama, so tie one on!
