Grand Exits

Many couples choose to make a grand exit from either their ceremony or reception.  At the same time, many venues and religious venues are no longer allowing anything to be tossed. There is the cleaning up to factor in, flowers staining your dress of the floor, bird seed swelling in birds and hurting them, balloons being bad for the environment when released, and the list goes on and one. However, couples are getting creative and there are still plenty of ways you can leave your ceremony or reception with an amazing send off.

Bestie’s Bridal Shower

This past Satruday was one of my bestie’s bridal shower! It is so fun to attend these events as a guest instead of the planner! Sarah (the bride) is the owner/chef of The Seasoned Table, an amazing personal chef service! Therefore providing our own food was not an option when the bride is a chef! However the bride loves bubbly and you can’t mess that up! The hosts chose Tallula’s wine room for the special event.  Bubbles were the theme and while the champagne flowed, bubbles of the non-alcoholic variety were present as well. The bride had to chew bubble gum for every wrong answer she guessed to a quiz about her fiance and bubbles of all varieties were the door prizes for the winners of bridal bingo.

This weekend we head off for Sarah’s bachelorette party! That I will not be sharing! But stay tuned for her wedding taking place this August in Seattle, it is going to be epic!

Please forgive the non-professional pictures, I was the photographer.

How cute are the wine cork vases?!
