In my humble (yet sugar obsessed and therefore informed) opinion, whoopie pies are the next macaroon. How can you resist these little pies of happiness! They even have a happy name! I’ve been thinking for some time that I want to try my hand at making them and I will eventually get around to it, but right now I’m more focused on eating them! May this trend continue!
